If you've already moved in, that's fine too — our switches replace your existing ones without any wall damage. We bring everything needed and clean up after.

Most BTO packages are installed within 2–4 hours, depending on the number of switches. We schedule a single visit; you don't need to be home the whole time. Configuration (HomeKit / Google Home / Alexa) is done together with you at the end so you know how everything works.
No. Our BLEND Switch PRO works without a neutral wire, which is the standard wiring in Singapore HDB BTO flats. There's no need to engage your contractor or electrician separately.
No. Replacing switches is considered a finishing change, similar to swapping out a wall plate. It doesn't affect HDB's structural warranty or your DLP. If you're unsure, we recommend installing after the DLP inspection so any HDB-side issues are reported with the original switches in place.
